Last 1 April 2016 Malaga Estates Costa del Sol launched their second website. Their original website will keep on working as usual and their presence on the many international property web portals will remain the same. The focus of this second website is a bit wider than the one of the original website. That is why the name Malaga Costa del Sol Property for sale was chosen.

¨We decided to launch this second website as an additional marketing communication channel¨, says JM van Dolder, CEO of Malaga Estates Costa del Sol. ¨We added some new technologies that fit with our way of working based on the 4 Ps from marketing expert Philip Kotler to which we added 3 extra Ps ourselves, among them the Ps from ¨People¨ and ¨Passion¨. And of course we have widened our strategy now working in a much bigger area than before.
Since July 2015 Malaga Estates Costa del Sol have changed their marketing strategy now focussing on the international buyers market. ¨And the results have been more than satisfactory¨, adds JM van Dolder.
