I am sure you will know the answer! But how can you achieve this? How much would it cost and how many technical SEO (Search Engine Optimization) specialists would I have to hire? Those guys use to ask thousands of Euros, would you charge that as well?

I have got good news for you but let me first introduce myself a bit more. As a international marketing expert I started working for the British-Dutch company Unilever in different countries. I am talking about the pre-internet era and I believe Mark Zuckerberg – Facebook´s founder – was even not born in that time. My marketing coach was Philip Kotler, the inventor of modern marketing since the 50s who experienced the move from product focus to market focus through the decades very closely.

It was in that company Unilever where I sent my first e-mail. I was amazed!! I sent my first message from Santiago de Chile to my colleague in the Netherlands and got an immediate reply. I decided to work for IBM and learn about communication technology and how traditional marketing and the latest technologies could help people grow their businesses.

This happened decades ago and for years the words from the late Mr Frits Philips have become true: ¨It would be nice if we could have a small appliance that can help us talk to the other side of the world from our back yard¨, he said in the late 80s.

This is all history. People are used to using phones, apps and all kind of appliances in daily life. For years marketeers have been trying to find the magic formula how to be connected with the end-users of their company´s products and services. Some of them succeeded, some of them failed.
