Carlos Morata – owner of La Rompiente fine dining restaurant Torrox – is satisfied about the first week´s results. After new year´s eve 2015 the restaurant and its staff celebrated a full month of holiday. Last 3 February the restaurant opened its doors again.
Apart from the free Torrox migas that have been and will be offered every Sunday in 2016 between 12.30pm and 3.00pm, Carlos Morata has introduced the special traditional lunch from Wednesday till Saturday between 1.00pm and 3.00pm.
