Torrox News – Malaga Estates – real estate Torrox looking for new passionate team members

Torrox News – Malaga Estates – real estate Torrox looking for new passionate team members

The most expensive property in Torrox Centro Internacional was recently sold by Malaga Estates. This property – a penthouse located first line beach with direct access to the beach by a special elevator – was not sellable according to many local estate agents. And the main reason was its high price, they said.

In the summer of 2015 Malaga Estates – real estate Torrox changed their strategy and marketing communication channels with the objective to access new buyer markets apart from the traditional markets like Germany and the United Kingdom. This change in strategy and marketing communication channels was even not that big. ¨It was more about re-defining in-depth the 4 ¨Ps¨ modern marketing guru Philip Kotler has been writing about. In addition we added 3 more ¨Ps¨ of ¨personnel¨, ¨patience¨ and – most important – ¨passion¨, says one of the representatives of this real estate company. The main trick used by Inmobiliaria Mimi was getting all staff passionate about the company and its goals. The results have been more than we could imagine last summer!

Malaga Estates looking for more passionate people

FriteFactory – Andalusiër onderzocht patat-cultuur in Nederland en biedt nu echte Hollandse patat (friet) in Malaga
